​​​​​​​How to Make an Appointment:
  1. Select an appointment type.
  2. Pick a location.
  3. Choose a date and time.
  4. Complete a short form and choose whether you'd like to meet in person or by phone.
To make things easier, most appointment types can be scheduled by phone or in person. The only exception is the Existing Personal Account appointment type, which requires an in‑branch visit.

US Citizen

  • US Birth Certificate (Minors age 14 and under only)
  • Social Security Card (Minors age 14 and under only)
  • Driver's License or Permit with photo (US)
  • Concealed Weapons Permit with photo (US)
  • State-Issued ID with photo (US)
  • Passport with photo (Passport cards are not acceptable)
  • US Military ID with photo (Veterans IDs are not acceptable)


Non-US Citizen (Permanent resident with a Green Card)

  • Social Security Card (Minors age 14 and under only)
  • Driver's License or Permit with photo (US)
  • Concealed Weapons Permit with photo (US)
  • State-Issued ID with photo (US)
  • Passport with photo (Passport cards are not acceptable)
  • US Military ID with photo (Veterans IDs are not acceptable)
  • Permanent Resident Card with photo (AKA Green Card or Resident Alien)

NOTE: If ID has been issued within the past 60 days (less than 60 days), an additional unexpired form of photo identification must be provided.

NOTE: If address on ID is incorrect, a mortgage statement, rental statement, water or electric bill (specific to services for your residence) with name and address less than 60 days old and not delinquent must also be provided.

Account Changes
  • Name Changes
    • Updated photo ID (reflecting name change)
    • Original or certified true copy of legal document authorizing name change (ex. marriage license, divorce decree, court order, etc.)
  • SSN Changes
    • One form of identification to verify SSN (ex. Social Security Card)
Loans
  • One form of a current government-issued photo identification
  • Optional documentation may include:
    • Vehicle registration
    • Vehicle title
    • Payoff information
    • Income verification via paystub

Yes! To update date and time, just use the "modify" link in your confirmation email. For any other changes, please cancel your existing appointment and make a new one.

Yes. We want to make sure you have an outstanding experience with your appointment. To do that, we ask that appointments are scheduled at least one hour in advance to give our representatives an opportunity to prepare for your appointment. If your need is more urgent, please call us or visit any one of our Financial Centers and we would be happy to help you. Members without an appointment are served on a first-come first-served basis.

Yes. Any one of our Financial Centers would be happy to help you. Members without an appointment are served on a first-come first-served basis.

You will receive an email confirmation. 

For each of our appointments, we block out 30 minutes or an hour especially for you. Most appointments last 30-45 minutes.
