Save Time with Online Banking1

South Carolina Federal offers its members free Online Banking, along with a suite of other online tools and services, for your convenience, helping you save time and manage your money.

We have an app for that! Enroll in Online Banking first (Have your social security number and driver's license handy [Use your driver's license or other government ID you used to open your account.]), then search "South Carolina Federal" in the Apple® App Store or Google™ Play Store to download our free app.

With access to Online Banking, our members can:

Check Balances and Account History: Manage multiple accounts and transactions. The search function allows you to search by merchant, transaction amount and more. Managing your money 24/7 has never been easier.

Schedule Transfers: Easily create and schedule funds transfers between checking, savings, cards and loans.

Pay Bills: No more stamps and no more writing checks! Pay your bills in one convenient place. Just enter your monthly bills and amounts, and it's done! Set up reoccurring payments to pay your bills every month automatically. That's Life Simplified.

Popmoney: Send, request, and receive money with anyone online or through your mobile device.*

After you enter your Eligible Transaction Account information, you can send or request money from your contacts. They will be notified by email or text message that you wish to send money or are requesting money from them. You and your contacts will never need to exchange financial account information.

There are fees** associated with PopMoney®. As you use PopMoney, the fee will be presented to you before you approve the transaction.

Remote Deposit: Save a trip to the Financial Center or ATM, and deposit checks from home! Use our free remote deposit service to scan checks and deposit them in Online Banking. Funds will post within two business days.


  • Endorse your check and include  "Mobile Deposit Only" on the back
    (Some checks have this printed on the back with a check box. If that is the case on the check you are depositing, simply check the box and endorse the check with your signature. If not, please do not forget to write it in. Unfortunately, the credit union will not be able to process checks that do not have the proper signature endorsement AND "Mobile Deposit Only" or the check box marked.)

Mobile Alerts: Stay on top of your account balance by getting free text alerts sent to your phone. Enable automatic balance checks, low balance warnings and more.

Enroll in eStatements: Switch to eStatements to get a convenient, secure and environmentally friendly way to access your statements. Click here for more information on eStatements.
