Employee Spotlight: Tyrone Wilborn

Our next #EmployeeSpotlight is Tyrone Wilborn, Lending Quality and Appraisal Team Lead at South Carolina Federal. Here are some fun facts about Tyrone:

His go-to karaoke song is “Just My Imagination” by the Temptations. A classic choice that never fails to impress, the song also showcases his love for timeless melodies and the soulful rhythms of Motown. 

Tyrone's favorite work event every year is his department’s annual rooftop cookout, a sizzling event filled with great vibes, delicious food, and friendly competition. “It's where camaraderie meets the grill for an unforgettable experience!” said Tyrone. “I believe this event helps foster a stronger bond within the office and creates a more collaborative environment.”

If given the opportunity to swap roles with another team member at the credit union, he would switch places with someone in the career development department. 

In his free time, Tyrone loves to embrace adventure and the thrill of new experiences; he once leaped off a yacht in the Dominican Republic! To unwind after a long day, he watches reruns of 90s sitcoms or the Game Show Network.
