Over 100 million people in the United States are members of a credit union. But what does it actually mean to be a member?

Our member experience scores are higher than the banking industry average, and service scores for our Contact Center and financial centers exceed 75% of credit unions nationwide.

We are proud to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to non-profit organizations across our state every year, and our employees spend thousands of hours volunteering with local charities.

There are plenty of opportunities for South Carolina Federal members to give back, too. We collect canned food items at every shred event we host throughout the year to donate to area food banks, and we host an annual Member Give Day to raise funds for the South Carolina Federal Credit Union Foundation.
