Employee Spotlight: Val Truelove-Kelley

For October's #EmployeeSpotlight, we are excited to feature Valerie Truelove-Kelley, our Compliance Officer.

Here are a few fun facts about Val:

• One of Val's favorite things about working for South Carolina Federal is the knowledge she's gained from working on different teams over the years.
• If she could travel anywhere in the world next, she would visit Costa Rica for the beaches or Ireland for the beauty.
• Val grew up loving the South Carolina Gamecocks and is a big fan of the Carolina Panthers!
• Her favorite time of year is the Fall for the beautiful colors, cooler weather, and Thanksgiving dinner, of course.
• If Val is celebrating a milestone and could celebrate with any food dish, it would be her husband's meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Yum!
• Lastly, Val is a big animal lover! When she isn't working, her favorite way to spend time is with her cats, bird watching and listening, and traveling with her husband and friends.
