Employee Spotlight: Jordan Riker

For November's #EmployeeSpotlight, we are excited to feature Jordan Riker, our Talent Acquisition Manager. Here are a few fun facts about Jordan:

• A new hobby that Jordan recently started is gardening and canning her own food. Her favorite item to grow in the garden is asparagus!
• One of the drivers of her passion to work at SCFCU is that leadership pours into your development and the many programs that support employee development.
• Jordan's favorite holiday is Thanksgiving for the food and quality time with her family.
• If she could adopt any skill, it would be painting as she enjoys creative outlets.
• The most valuable lesson she's learned is to know your personal brand! Over time, she has seen the value and impact it has had on her career.
• An upcoming trip she is planning is an Alaskan cruise in 2026 with the hopes of seeing the northern lights.
