Employee Spotlight: Ross Holland

For January's #EmployeeSpotlight, we are excited to feature Ross Holland, one of our Financial Center Managers in Mount Pleasant.

Here are a few fun facts about Ross:

• A new hobby that Ross has started is running 5k races.
• What drives his passion to work at SCFCU is the profound impact in watching his team grow from uncertainty to confidence, celebrating their wins as if they were his own, and knowing his guidance helped shape their careers. Equally powerful is the heartfelt gratitude from members when he has changed their lives.
• If Ross could adopt any new skill, he would like to be more musically inclined and play an instrument.
• The most valuable lesson he has learned is embodied in the famous Winston Churchill quote that states, Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
• One bucket list destination he would like to visit is Tokyo, Japan.
• Ross's favorite time of year is October because he gets to celebrate his birthday, wedding anniversary, and his favorite holiday – Halloween!
