Support People with Disabilities Simply by Using Your Card

South Carolina Federal Credit Union understands the importance of giving back to our communities. We actively sponsor various events and organizations across the state that meet critical needs.

In 2023, we launched our perfect ¢ents initiative, and we are excited to continue the tradition this year supporting organizations that help people with disabilities in South Carolina. We are proud to offer our members an opportunity to make an impact by supporting this valuable cause within their communities.

By simply using your South Carolina Federal credit or debit card online or in-store from August 18- September 12, we will donate two cents per transaction (up to $35,000) to seven nonprofit organizations across the state.

With your help, each of these seven organizations will receive $5,000:

• Florence County Disabilities Foundation (Florence)
• Healing Farms (Charleston)
• Hugs for Horses (Georgetown)
• Meyer Center (Greenville)
• Project Hope (Spartanburg)
• SOS Care Autism & Intellectual Disabilities Services (Myrtle Beach)
• The Therapy Place (Columbia)

These organizations will use the funds in various ways, including funding therapies, specialized equipment, educational and recreational programs, transportation, employment programs, and more. Whether you are paying for dinner at your favorite eatery, filling up your gas tank, or purchasing school supplies, each swipe will help us move closer toward our goal of donating $35,000.
