It happens to everyone. The due date for a bill has crept up on you, and you need to pay it right away. Good news: depending on the biller, your payment could arrive as early as today²!

Add Electronic Biller

Adding a new biller is easy, and it only takes a moment. From your payment center, you can quickly search your existing billers. Or to add a new one simply select Add Biller².

Add Paper Biller

Enter the mailing address, including city, state, and zip code. Finally, enter the biller’s phone number, then Add. That’s it! Your biller has been added to the system, and you can start paying them immediately.².

Once you have added at least five billers to your payment center, you will have the option of organizing your billers into groups to help make them easier to manage².

Preferences is where you manage your accounts as well as your contact information. It displays your eligible accounts with us as well as your accounts at other financial institutions.

Add External Accounts

To transfer money to or from an external account, you'll just need to add the account. External Accounts can be added from the Transfer Funds tab as well as from Preferences.

Making a deposit on-the-go, is easy. To deposit a check, begin by endorsing the check as instructed. Taking a moment to properly endorse your check helps ensure it’s accepted. And the funds are posted to your account³.

Logging in from your mobile device is simple and very secure. In fact, the first time you log in, you'll be logging in using the same multi-layer security that's used as if you're logging in from your desktop computer³.

Forgot Password

From the login page, simply select Forgot Password. Just enter the requested information to confirm your identity³.

The Biometric Authentication feature allows you to log in to our app using either a fingerprint or facial recognition³.

Payment Portal - One-Time Payments

If you don’t have Online or Mobile Banking or prefer to use an outside account, you can make a loan payment using our payment portal. All it takes is a few moments to fill out the required information, then you can view your account and set up a payment amount and delivery date¹.

Add Card

Did you know you can have more than one card active in your Card Controls? Adding additional cards is simple, and it only takes a few minutes^*.

Card Details

Introducing the View Digital Card feature, which allows users to access their card details after verifying their identity. It highlights the rewards program enrollment for exploring redemption options and the Spend Insights tool that summarizes monthly transactions^*.

Transactions

When you first visit your cards page, you’ll see a list of recent transactions for the selected card. You can select one, or choose View All. This will take you to a list of all transactions, both Pending and Posted. Select a transaction to view its details^*.

Manage Card

Manage Card serves as a comprehensive control center for cardholders, offering features that keep users informed and in charge of their spending. Users can set location-based transaction permissions, block international purchases, and restrict transactions by merchant^*.

Credit Score and Report

Credit Score and Reports is your dashboard for checking in on your current credit score and seeing what factors are contributing to that score. Right away you’ll see an at-a-glance view of your score and where it falls on the rating system⁴.

Credit Report makes it easy to see a full analysis of your credit and your associated accounts. From Credit Score & Report, select the Credit Report tab. At the top, you’ll see a summary of your report⁴.

Score Analysis

Knowing your credit score is important, but knowing how your score is calculated and how your actions have affected it is just as essential! From Credit Score & Report, select the Score Analysis tab to see a breakdown of all the factors that go into making your credit score⁴.

Resources gives you quick access to a variety of important account settings and essential financial information. From here you’ll find Credit Monitoring, which will let you access your Monitoring History, helping to keep you informed and aware⁴.

Zelle - Send or Receive Money

How to access Zelle^® from Online and Mobile Banking

Log in to Online or Mobile Banking.
In Online Banking, click on "Zelle^®." In Mobile Banking, click on "Menu" and select "Zelle^®."
Select "Send."
Choose the account that you want to use.
Add a new contact.
Choose the amount you would like to send, hit "Review," and then "Send."
That's it! Your recipient will get a notification explaining how to complete the payment on their end⁵.

Zelle^® is a fast and easy way to send money, and getting started is simple! If you're already enrolled in our Online Banking and bill pay services, or mobile app, select Zelle^® from the menu to get started⁵.

Send Money

Using Zelle^® to send money to friends, family, and others you trust is fast and easy⁵.

Request Money

Using Zelle^® to request money is easy. Begin by selecting Request. You can select View My QR Code to allow someone to scan your code, or you can select a contact to request money from⁵.

Split Expenses

Using Zelle^® to split expenses among a group of friends is simple⁵.

QR Codes

With QR codes, sending and receiving money with new recipients is easy. And since each code is a pattern unique to a recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can be confident the money you're sending is going to the right person. If you're sending money, simply select the QR icon on the landing page⁵.

Activity

Activity is home to both your pending items and past activity. Pending displays your outstanding payments and requests. And if there are any new items that may require your attention, you'll see the number of items awaiting review⁵.

Settings

Settings is where you can manage your profile information and your recipients. Profile includes QR codes for each of your enrolled phone numbers and email addresses, as well as the default account you’d like to use for sending money⁵.

A Quick Tour, Desktop View

Zelle^® offers a fast and convenient way to transfer money, allowing users to send, request, and split expenses effortlessly. If the recipient is enrolled, funds arrive within minutes, while non-enrolled users receive guidance on how to sign up. Users can easily request payments from known contacts and manage pending transactions⁵.

Play It Safe

Zelle^® is a great way to send and receive money with friends, family, and others you know and trust. But it’s important that you use Zelle^®safely. Once you authorize a payment, if the recipient is already enrolled in Zelle^®, it can’t be undone⁵.

Terms and conditions apply. No fee for registered users, but must pay through ACH. $7.95 per payment for non-registered users paying via ACH or debit. $11.00 per payment for payments from non-South Carolina Federal accounts.

All of our Digital Banking products require an Online Banking login, and in some cases, enrollment into Bill Pay. Terms and conditions are available through Online Banking and must be agreed to before use. Mobile Banking products also require a data plan with a wireless provider. South Carolina Federal Credit Union provides Mobile Banking as a free service. Consult your provider for any fees associated with your mobile web service, such as message and data rates.

The amount of money you can send, as well as the frequency, is set by each participating financial institution. To determine South Carolina Federal's send limits, call us at (800) 845-0432.
