Economic Impact Payments

If you have questions about economic impact payments, please visit https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment.

Members who receive a check in the mail can deposit it using our Mobile App, at any South Carolina Federal ATM or through a drive-thru at any of our financial centers.

There are plenty of ways to manage your money without needing to visit a financial center.

  • Give us a call. You can reach our contact center at 800.845.0432 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
  • Use our app. Need to deposit a check? Download our mobile app for iPhone or Androidto use Remote Deposit.
  • Log into online banking. You can check account balances, pay your bills and schedule transfers via online banking. If you're new to online banking, our Video Library is a great place to get started.
  • Visit an ATMYou have fee-free access to any South Carolina Federal ATM, and 55,000 ATMs in the Allpoint Network.
