COVID-19 is having unprecedented impacts on our communities. Our top priority continues to be the health and safety of our members and employees, and we remain committed to providing industry-leading service. We have adjusted operations in our financial centers and will continue to assist members whose finances have been impacted by the pandemic.
Our financial center lobbies are currently closed. We are now serving members through our drive-thru lanes, which are offering expanded services and are open during regular business hours.
If you have a need that requires you to enter a financial center (for example, accessing a safe deposit box), you can request an appointment by calling 800-845-0432 or through our online scheduling tool (if you do not see your favorite location listed, please seek out your next nearest location for an appointment).
Requests will be considered based on their urgency and whether or not the appointment can be taken care of via drive-thru, our contact center or online channels.
If COVID-19 has put a strain on your finances, reach out to us so we can help. We're ready to support you during this time of uncertainty.
There are plenty of ways to manage your money without needing to visit a financial center.
