Credit Union to Host Free Paper Shredding Event

(CHARLESTON, S.C.) – January 11, 2013 – South Carolina Federal Credit Union is hosting a free paper shredding event on Saturday, Jan. 26, from 9 a.m. – noon, at the Southampton branch, located at 1620 Highway 17 in Mt. Pleasant.
The credit union is partnering with Cintas® Document Management to aid members and the public in the fight against identity theft and fraud.
You can enjoy a treat from Diggity Doughnuts, plus, attendees can register to win a $500 Visa® gift card.
Participants are limited to four file boxes (or 100 pounds) of paper per person. For general guidelines on documents to shred and for more information about the event, visit scfederal.org.
