(N. CHARLESTON, S.C.) – May 25, 2011 – South Carolina Federal Credit Union’s Employee Learning Center received the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Excellence in Practice Citation in the Learning Technologies category.
The citation recognizes South Carolina Federal’s Life Simplified University (LSU) for the variety of employee training plans and extensive online catalog available to employees. The online courses feature custom in-house eLearning courses created by South Carolina Federal employees.

The citation recognizes results achieved through the use of practices and solutions from the entire scope of workplace learning and performance.
