How to Use Text Banking

Thank you for you interest in Text Banking*. We have provided instructions to help guide you in how to use Text Banking.

*Data plan not required. Standard text messaging charges apply.

To check account balances

  1. Enter 454545 in the “to” of your text message
  2. Enter one of the following commands in body of the message:
  3. BAL (primary account balance)
  4. BAL ALL (all account balances)
  5. BAL CHK (checking account balance)
  6. BAL SAV (savings account balance)
  7. LAST (last 5 transactions in primary account)
  8. You’ll receive a return text message with the information your requested

To transfer funds

  1. Enter 454545 in the “to” of your text message
  2. Enter “TRANS” and the dollar amount to transfer money from your preselected source account to your primary account (your preselected source and primary account are selected within online banking during the activation process)
  3. You’ll receive a return message that your transfer was complete with a new balance on each account

Online Banking Enrollment

Enrolling in Online Banking is simple and FREE:

  1. Enter your User ID
  2. Enter Phone Banking PIN as your Password
  3. Click on the LOG IN button
