How to Use Text Banking

Thank you for you interest in Text Banking*. We have provided instructions to help guide you in how to use Text Banking.

To check account balances

  1. Enter 898265 in the “to” of your text message
  2. Enter one of the following commands in body of the message:
    • BAL (primary account balance)
    • HIST + texting nickname (account history)
    • STOP (cancel)
    • You’ll receive a return text message with the information your requested
