Guide to Change Your Email Address

Thank you for your interest in our Online Services. The following are places that your email address must be changed to ensure you are up to date on all your account information.

To update your email address for the account, please follow these steps:

 
Online Banking

  • Log in to your account online
  • Click on My Settings in the top right hand corner
  • Click Update to be able to edit the information
  • Enter the correct email address
  • Click Change email Address to make the changes
  • You will receive a confirmation email


eStatements

  • Log in to your account online
  • Click on Additional Services - eStatements/eNotices
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on Email Address
  • Enter the correct email address and confirm the email address
  • Click Submit to make the changes


Credit Card

  • Log in to your account online
  • Click on the Credit Card under Loan Accounts
  • Click on My Profile
  • Enter the correct email address under Card Information
  • Scroll down and enter email address under Profile Information
  • Click Save to make the changes


Mortgage

  • Log in to your account online
  • Select Full History by your mortgage information
  • Select User Options - Update Email
  • Enter the correct email address
  • Click Submit to make the changes


Bill Pay

If you use our Bill Pay, please call the Contact Center at 843 797-8300/800 845-0432 and a representative will be able to assist you in updating the email address.


Online Banking Enrollment

Enrolling in Online Banking is simple and FREE:

  1. Enter your User ID
  2. Enter Phone Banking PIN as your Password
  3. Click on the LOG IN button
