What is VISA Alerts?
With Visa Alerts, Visa Platinum credit cardholders receive instant transaction notification alerts sent to their cell phone via SMS text message, or as an email…. or both - anytime, anywhere.

What types of alerts can I receive?
  • Transactions that exceed the purchase threshold chosen by the cardholder
  • Transactions initiated internationally
  • Card-not-present transactions, such as purchases made online or by telephone
  • Cash withdrawals from an ATM machine
  • Declined transactions
  • Gasoline transactions

How do I sign up?
  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Click on your Visa Platinum Account link, this will take you to your credit card account page
  3. Click on "Online Services" and choose Visa Transaction Alerts

What should I do if my card is compromised?
If you get an alert for a purchase that you did not make and believe your card number has been compromised call 1-800-449-7728 to speak to a representative.

No, VISA alerts is FREE for South Carolina Federal Credit Union Visa Platinum credit cardholders.

Online Banking Enrollment

Enrolling in Online Banking is simple and FREE:

  1. Enter your User ID
  2. Enter Phone Banking PIN as your Password
  3. Click on the LOG IN button
