Growth in Greenville and the Grand Strand

We've proudly served the state of South Carolina since 1936, and in May of this year we expanded our footprint even further when we completed a merger with G.H.S. Federal Credit Union. We welcomed 9,000 new members into the South Carolina Federal family and now have two financial centers in Greenville.

Our Patewood financial center is located at 211 Patewood Drive, across the street from Prisma Health's Patewood Medical Campus. We also have a location in Greenville Memorial Hospital, located at 701 Grove Road.

We've served the upstate since 2019 when we expanded into Spartanburg, and now we are proud to have a presence in Greenville ensuring our upstate members have even greater access to personal service for which South Carolina Federal is known.

I'm very excited to share with you that we will also be opening two additional locations in Greenville in the coming year. We are currently renovating a building in Mauldin, located at 111 N Main Street, and expect to welcome members to this location in the beginning of 2023.

We are also building a financial center in Five Forks, which will be located at 2536 Woodruff Road in Simpsonville. We anticipate opening this location in the third quarter of 2023.

Growing our delivery footprint is very important, but we also believe it is just as important to give back to the communities we serve. True to form, if you live in Greenville, be on the lookout for SC Federal out and about volunteering at a diaper drive held by Prisma Health Children's Hospital or sponsoring the BMW Charity Pro-Am Golf Tournament, which raises money for local charities.

Greenville is an extremely vibrant city, and it's growing very quickly. In fact, the Greenville Chamber of Commerce estimates that 19 people move in every day. We are pleased that we can now offer additional locations, and we look forward to growing our presence in the Upstate.

In addition to our growth in the upstate, we also have exciting news about our presence on the coast.

In the second quarter of 2023, come and visit us at our new full-service financial center in Horry County. Located in Coventry Marketplace in Myrtle Beach (970 Wood Duck Drive), this beautiful new site expands our reach into the northern part of the coast. We are thrilled to be able to offer additional convenience for our members in Georgetown, Myrtle Beach and Pawley's Island.
